The Penguins are making a bad habit out of losing leads late in games. After two third period collapses in a row to Philadelphia and Carolina respectively, the Pens lost yet another lead last night as the clock ticked down in Nashville. However, unlike the previous two games, the Penguins came away with the extra point because Sidney Crosby scored the lone goal in the shootout for a 2-1 Pens victory. With the win, the Pens are now tied with the New York Islanders in points at 91, although the Islanders do have one game in hand. The Pens continue their road trip tomorrow night in Dallas, facing the Stars on Rocky 96.5!
