The Big Ten is back and we already have our first upset of the season as Penn State fell to Indiana in OT on Saturday, 36-35. Despite 3 first half turnovers, the Nittany Lions were ahead by 8 with just over a minute to go when Indiana scored a touchdown and tied the ballgame with a 2-point conversion. After the Lions scored a touchdown on their first possession of OT, Indiana found the end zone themselves and went for the win, cementing the victory on a controversial call on the 2-point try. After the difficult loss, Penn State will try to regroup as they take on the Ohio State Buckeyes in Happy Valley Saturday night. Pregame starts at 6 on Rocky 96.5!

Tomorrow is the biggest game of the season thus far for the Nittany Lions when they travel to Columbus, OH to take on the Ohio State Buckeyes. In fact, over their first 10 games, Ohio State has scored an average of 51.5 points PER GAME! It’ll be up to a Penn State defense that hasn’t looked good of late to stop the Buckeyes from a continual barrage of touchdowns. Listen to all the action tomorrow on Rocky 96.5!
Penn State may not have been perfect in their 34-27 victory over Indiana on Saturday afternoon, but they were good enough when they had to be. Indiana, ranked No. 24 in the AP but not at all in the College Football Playoff Rankings, came in with a 7-2 record, but left Happy Valley 7-3. The Hoosiers proved their meddle early, scoring first after a Penn State punt and regaining the lead in the first half. But Sean Clifford’s QB run in the 4th quarter put the Nittany Lions up by 10 and solidified their 6th Big 10 win of the season.
